Executive Biography: Mr. Shadan
Mr. Shadan is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur recognized for his expertise in business strategy, corporate development, and venture capital. With a career spanning three decades in technology and finance, he has a proven track record of executing transformational business plans and building high-value strategic alliances for both startups and established global firms.
At Saba Software, Inc., a then-publicly traded leader in cloud talent management, Mr. Shadan was recruited by the CEO to overhaul their partner ecosystem. He successfully scaled the base from three unproductive contracts to 120 global partners in just one year, reaching a client base that included the majority of the Fortune 500. Following this success, he led a critical turnaround of the company’s customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS frameworks, working with senior leadership to resolve systemic service issues in real-time.
As an innovator, Mr. Shadan is the Founder and Chairman of Diginome, Inc., where he secured a revolutionary patent for “DataDNA,” a digital integrity platform currently being developed alongside a former Chief Architect from Symantec.
His previous leadership roles include serving as COO of Coherity and Strategy Director at IQLabs, where he collectively raised over $17 million in venture capital.
His extensive background in high-level finance includes leading a Private Banking division for Wells Fargo, where he grew a $300M+ portfolio from the ground up. Following his tenure at Wells Fargo, he joined Fidelity Investments, the world’s largest global retirement platform, where he continued to apply his expertise in relationship management and financial strategy.
Mr. Shadan holds degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Bioengineering, with additional postgraduate studies in Law, Financial Management, and Venture Capital.

On a personal side, Mr. Shadan is a parent and a dedicated member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. His commitment to public service includes years served on the San Francisco Sheriff’s Dept. Mounted Unit and the Marin County Sheriff’s Mounted Search & Rescue Unit.
Mr. Shadan has also completed EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) and Hostage Negotiation training. He is a Master Instructor in Kung Fu, a Master Search & Rescue Scuba Diver, and possesses specialized Executive Protection training.
Additionally, he is an NRA-certified firearms instructor and Range Safety Officer. Passionate about community and sport, he is the founder of the Golden Gate Polo Club and Polo4All, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
